Readings are still all over the place!!!!! Still want a refund!!!!!

Total let down. I was totally pumped to start using ithlete. Ive been using a digifit heart rate monitor for over a year and i wanted to add HRV monitoring. I wanted a tool to make things easier, this product is aggravating.... The readings are all over the place.
I ceased training to establish the baseline.....for me to not train for a few days is a BIG deal as training is my passion, but i did it because i believed the progress this product would help achieve was worth it! Wrong! I cant get a consistant reading from this thing....
Its so random theres no way i can trust this thing to guide me with my training. I got a ton of amazing sleep and that morning my rating got worse....
I contact support and they want me to
take readings while sitting periodically throughout my day and send them the results.... It feels like I paid $85 to test this product for them, when these bugs should have been resolved before marketing this product as a simple plug and play tool.
Refund please!
